At Pure DNA, we are committed to providing exceptional service and accurate results. Due to the nature of DNA testing, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:
Non-Refundable Services
All DNA testing services are non-refundable once scheduled and completed. This policy is in place due to the time, resources, and lab work involved in processing each test.Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if:Test results are inconclusive, and a retest cannot be offered.
An error occurs on our end that affects the accuracy or validity of the test. In such cases, we will either issue a full refund or provide a corrected test at no additional cost.
Right to Cancel
Pure DNA reserves the right to cancel any test at our discretion due to safety, privacy concerns, or essential business protocols. In these instances, a refund will be issued if necessary.No-Show Policy
Appointments missed due to a no-show will not be eligible for a refund. If a party does not attend the scheduled appointment, the payment will be retained as per our policy.
